Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the nagad.ws website or any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms apply to all sections, services, and activities on the nagad platform. nagad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
This platform is for adults only. Registration and use by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & Responsibility
Providing accurate and complete information is required when creating an account on the nagad platform. Registering with false or incorrect information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.
Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, nagad reserves the right to cancel all of them.
Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your own responsibility. You should not allow anyone else to access your account. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to support immediately.
- Withdrawals of large amounts may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
- A national identity card or equivalent document may be required for account verification.
- Accounts are non-transferable — selling or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Nagad's services are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for commercial purposes or to gain any business advantage is not permitted.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to fraudulently exploit or hack the platform's software, games, or payment systems.
- Opening multiple accounts or providing false information to claim bonuses or offers.

- Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users.

If involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above is proven, the account will be closed immediately and nagad reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on the nagad platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Before submitting a deposit, make sure the recipient number is correct. nagad is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong number. Saving your transaction ID is mandatory — without it, deposit verification is not possible.
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals of large amounts may be delayed or suspended if KYC verification has not been completed.
- Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, withdrawals may be put on hold pending an investigation.
- Nagad reserves the right to recover any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Nagad provides its services on an "as-is" basis. nagad's liability is limited in cases where technical issues, server outages, internet disruptions, or other factors interfere with a user's betting or gaming experience.

Betting and gaming involve financial risk. Users participate at their own discretion and risk. nagad is not liable for any funds lost.
Account Closure, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Nagad reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice, particularly if:
- A breach of the Terms has been established.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been identified.
- Involvement in money laundering or illegal activity has been detected.
- A directive from a regulatory or legal authority has been received.
